Welcome to the 12th annual DUEL competitive hockey tournament. This
season we will welcome Major U18, Minor U16, Major U15, Minor U14,
Major U13, Minor U12, Major U11 & Minor U10 B Rep level teams.

Our Duel tournament dates are October 27- 29, 2023 and games will be
played in both our Perth & Lanark arenas.

PLMHA DUEL Tournament



The DUEL tournament is scheduled to run Friday, October 27 to
Sunday, October 29, 2023 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily with some
slight time changes to be determined on the schedule at a closer date.
We are planning for 6 teams in each division, Competitive B, Major
U18, Minor U16, Minor U14, Major U13, Minor U12, Major U11 &
Minor U10

The first 6 teams in each level entered with accompanying payment & team list will be accepted.

The DUEL Tournament Entry Fee: $ 850.00

Please send a copy of your ‘OFFICIAL TEAM ROSTER’ signed by your District Registrar; if one is not
immediately available please fill out the “Team Registration Form” attached.
**You can Email your Official Team Roster later. Please do this at least 1 week prior to the
tournament date**.

If affiliated players will be used in this tournament and they are not on your Official Team List,
please send copies of your game sheets with the APs on them and a copy of their name on their
Official team roster.

Preferred payment is by E-Transfer and Emailing of Registration and Roster. You can also Postal
Mail at the address below: (include team name and tournament level on the cheque)

Please make cheque payable to: Perth Lanark Minor Hockey Association, using acronym of
PLMHA is also accepted (No post-dated cheques will be accepted)

E-Transfers are preferred as payment. Please contact the Tournament Coordinator at
plmha.tournaments@gmail.com and the Tournament Coordinator will notify you where to send
the E-Transfer as well as Password to use. Please remember to note your team and tournament
you are submitting payment for in the message area of the E-Transfer.

Your team’s entry into our tournament will be confirmed when your completed team Registration
list and accompanying payment are received.

The days schedule, maps & tournament rules will be sent out closer to the tournament date.
