Registration is
finally open! Although it was supposed to be open June 1, there was
a hold up on the end of District/HEO which has now been fixed!
Please ensure you read the attachment titled
Registration_information_2025-26 in its entirety because it is very
important that you understand the requirements for registration. You will

If you have an additional child or other children that you
would like to register, please complete the attached 
PLMHA_Registration_Form and send
me a copy of their birth certificate and proof of residency document.
If you know others looking to register their child/children, please have them contact me directly.
