ShareYOGA FOR HOCKEY PLAYERS
This class is for either male or female players to help with increasing flexibility, prevent injury, increase focus, and improve overall functional movement.
It begins on Tues. Jan 13 from 7-8 pm. It runs for 6 weeks. The cost is $70.00 which includes HST.Location: Perth Family Health Centre, 33 Lewis Street, Perth
