RESPECT IN SPORT - Parents

One parent from each household MUST take the online course before their child is permitted to play.

For U9 families and families new to the Association - you MUST have taken the course and provided proof of completion to the PLMHA Registrar on or before their first league game.

For U7 families the course must be completed before your child's first ice time.

It is YOUR responsibility to provide the PLMHA Registrar with proof of completion.  If proof is not received, your child's coach will be contacted and informed that your child is not permitted on the ice.

The cost of this course is approximately $12 and is NOT covered by the Association.  Do not submit the receipt for reimbursment.  If you have other children and the Respect in Sport Parent was done for the files, you can simply log in to your account for the program and add the other player(s) to the account and it will then transfer to their file in the HCR (Hockey Canada Registry).

It is important to note that if have already taken the Respect in Sport-Coach/Leader, you MUST still complete the parent course.  They are 2 different courses.

Upon completion of the online course you will receive a pdf certificate with your name on it that you can email as proof of completion to plmha.registrar@gmail.com . Please include your child's name in the email.
