Rep Hockey Survey - Deadline extended to August 19th.

Please note that this year Perth Rep B will be playing in the Ottawa B League.

Perth is planning on fielding the following Rep B teams as long as numbers permit. The final declarations will be made in the upcoming weeks.
U10
U11
U12
U13
U14
U15
U16
U18

Filling out the survey, if you haven't done so already will greatly help us get an idea on what teams we can have.

If your child is interested in playing rep hockey in Perth this coming season, we ask that you please complete this survey so we have an idea of how many players we will have at each level to better plan for our declaration to the applicable League when the time comes.  If you are unsure of the level they will be in, here is the breakdown.
9 years old - U10
10 years old - U11
11 years old - U12
12 years old - U13
13 years old - U14
14 years old - U15
15 years old - U16
16 + 17 year old - U18

**Due to numbers, we may or may not have every level but if we do not have a "minor" level, those players will be able to play on a major aged team in their respective division (i.e. if we don't have enough for U14, players that are 13 years old would play U15, just as we have in the past)
